
Former Fort Hays State standout wide receiver O.J. Murdock will have to wait another year in his bid to make the NFL. Murdock was wavied by the Tennessee Titans after tearing his Achilles tendon in a non-contact drill July 31st and has cleared waivers and will be put in the inured reserve list.
Murdock was signed by the Titans as an undrafted free agent after setting the Tigers single-season receiving record with 1,290 yards this past season. The Tampa, Fla. native was named All-American by Football Gazettes and D2football.com and was a two-time All-MIAA selection.
