John Danks pitched six strong innings to lead the Chicago White Sox to a 6-2 win over the Kansas City Royals in the finale of their three-game series at U.S. Cellular Field.
Danks took a no-hitter into the sixth before a Billy Butler single.
Mitch Maier hit a two-run single, while Jeff Francoeur and Melky Cabrera had doubles for the Royals who have lost eight of their last ten.
Jeff Francis was tagged with the loss after going just 3 2/3 innings and giving up six runs on ten hits while walking two and striking out one.
The White Sox jumped out early, scoring four in the first.
