Saint Francis Community Services will be hosting an informational meeting for individuals interested in learning more about becoming a foster or adoptive parent. The meeting will be held Monday, August 22, 6:30-8:30 p.m., at Saint Francis Community Services, 217 E. 32nd Street, Hays, Kansas.
