Flags remain at half staff Friday for a Hays soldier killed August 6 in Afghanistan.

Services for 31-year-old Army helicopter pilot Bryan Nichols begin at 10 a.m. at Al Billinger Fieldhouse on the campus of TMP-Marian.

Nichols will be laid to rest with military honors in Pleasantview Cemetery in Palco.
