The City of Hays is once again seeking some artistic assistance from its residents. New banners will be hung from the light poles along Vine Street. Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Executive Director Jana Jordan says the banners need to be two-sided, 23 inches by 48 inches and should incorporate elements of city’s existing signage.
The first phase of banner installation will be from 27th Street to I-70. Banner designs need to be submitted to city hall by September 14th.
