The TMP-Marian boys soccer team wins their season opener. The Monarchs blow open a tight game with a big second half and win 7-0 at Nickerson. TMP led 2-0 at the break before scoring five goals in the second half.

Five different Monarchs scored led by senior Colby Schippers who had two goals and an assists.

The Monarchs are now off until Tuesday when they play host McPherson in the first round of the McPherson Invitational.
