
The Hays High boys soccer team wins their second straight, defeating Junction City 2-1 Tuesday afternoon at the Hays High Field. Down 1-0, the Indians scored two goals in the 23rd minute to take the lead for good.
Ethan Fort tied the game on an assist from Tanner Staab. Less than a minute later, Jordan Windholz scored on another assist from Staab.
Junction City was red carded soon after the Indians took the lead and played a man down the rest of the way.
The Indians improve to 4-6. They are back at home Thursday against Liberal.
