The Kansas Office of the Repealer will kick off a statewide tour Tuesday in Hays. Spokeswoman Sherriene Jones-Sontag says the Secretary was charged with determining what rules and regulations in state government should be repealed.

Secretary Dennis Taylor will be in Hays tomorrow morning at 8:30 at the Welcome Center. He will then move on to Great Bend for an11:30 meeting at the library.
