Two people were injured in a two vehicle accident at 8th St and Canterbury Drive early Wednesday morning.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Bettie L. Meade of Schoenchen was eastbound on 8th Street, when Frederick Friess of Hays was pulling out of a driveway. The vehicles reportedly side swiped each other.

Both have been transported to HaysMed with injuries. No further information has been released.
