October 22 is the ACT Test date scheduled at Hays High School. Students taking this test need to bring the following items with them that day: Their Registration Ticket, Photo ID, #2 pencils, and a calculator specific to the regulations on the ACT website (act.org)

Parent Teacher conferences will be held on October 24th and October 25th from 3:30 to 9:00pm in Gym A.

The Hays High Fall Vocal and Orchestra Concert will be held at 7:00 pm at Beach Schmidt Performing Arts Center on the campus of Fort Hays State University.

There will be no school on October 27th and October 28th . Although there is no school, please remember that all students involved in the musical will be required to be at the scheduled mandatory practices on both the 27th and 28th.

Ticket sales for the 2011-2012 HHS Fall Musical “Aida” begin October 20th. The performance dates are November 10th, 11th, and 12th at 7:30 pm and at 2:30 pm on Sunday, November 13. Performances are located at 12th Street Auditorium.

Box Office will be open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday 4:00-6:00 pm at the 12th Street Auditorium or you may call the box office at (785) 623-2428 during those times. Ticket orders will also be taken at HHS office by calling (785) 623-2600.

Ticket prices are $6.00 in advance and $7.50 at the door on nights of performances *************************************************************************************
Any students wanting to participate in a winter sport must have a physical turned in to the HHS office by November 14.
