The Kansas Attorney General Tuesday filed first-degree murder charges against a Decatur County man.
Dylan Robert Coryell, Jr., of Oberlin, is accused of premeditated first-degree murder in the weekend death of 22-year-old Corey Ryan Cook, also of Oberlin. 24-year-old Coryell also is charged with aggravated battery and aggravated burglary.
Coryell was arrested Sunday and remains in the Decatur County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bond. His next court appearance will be October 28.
