The FrostFest Illuminated Parade Committee invites you to participate in the 2011 FrostFest Finale Illuminated Parade on Saturday, December 3 at 5:30 p.m.

The theme this year is Swept up in Snowflakes and entry forms are currently available online at www.ChestnutStreetDistrict.com. There is no charge to enter the parade and cash prizes will be awarded.
