Today will be very warm (mid to upper 80s) and windy (25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph).

A Red Flag Warning and a Wind Advisory are both in effect through much of today. A strong cold front will move across the region tomorrow with temperatures plummeting a good 15 to 20 degrees. Even cooler temperatures are expected Wednesday with cloudy skies and a chance of rain (rain/snow mix mainly west of Garden City).

Temperatures will moderate Thursday and into next weekend.
