The city of Ellis has hired a new Public Works Director.  Steve Ferland will replace Gary Haddock, who is retiring at the end of the year.  Ferland will start training immediately with Haddock to become familiar with the job.

Ferland is an Ellis resident.  Haddock has been the Public Works Director the past six years.
