Sunny, Warmer, And Windy Today; Cold Front Moving In

Today will be sunny and warmer with breezy southerly winds in the 20 to 30 mph range.

Highs will be about 10 degrees above normal. A cold front will move across the region Thursday with much cooler temperatures. Light snow is possible mainly west of Dodge City.

A more significant chance at precipitation will come Saturday with the threat of snow, freezing drizzle, freezing rain, and rain. Temperatures will slowly moderate thereafter.

Today: Sunny, with a high near 56. Breezy, with a south wind 11 to 14 mph increasing to between 19 and 22 mph.

Tonight: Increasing clouds, with a low around 28. South wind 6 to 15 mph becoming north northeast.

Thursday: Cloudy, with a high near 36. Windy, with a north wind 15 to 18 mph increasing to between 26 and 29 mph.

Thursday Night: Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 14. Blustery, with a north wind 19 to 22 mph decreasing to between 5 and 8 mph.

Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 35. North northwest wind between 3 and 8 mph.
