BOYS: TMP 74, Quinter 33
A strong second half resulted in a blowout win for the TMP-Marian boys Friday night against Quinter. The Monarchs held the Bulldogs to 13 points in the second half and went on for a 74-33 victory at Al Billinger Fieldhouse.
TMP (10-6) trailed 13-12 late in the first quarter but would end the period with two straight 3-pointers by senior Nick Hammeke. The Monarchs would never trail after that point. Hammeke drilled six 3-pointers in the first half and had 20 points by the end of the half.

Eleven different players scored for the Monarchs. Hammeke wasn’t able to score in the second half finishing with 20 points. Senior Taylor Pfeifer ended with 11 points and junior Shane Zimmerman added 10.
