Based on a housing study and the success of earlier projects, Overland Property Group has plans to build another apartment complex in Hays. Representative Matthew Gillam told the city commission Thursday night that the project will be similar to the properties on South Main, but will be built on 22nd Street near the hospital.
Like with the other projects, the company will apply for tax credits from the state. It is requesting a resolution of support from the city, which will be considered next week.
