The U.S. Department of Labor recently agreed to re-evaluate a provision in a proposed rule that would regulate children working on the farm. Senator Jerry Moran says he’s glad to see that the department will take another look at the definition of a family farm, but there are other pieces of the rule that he feels are a threat to agriculture.
