Sam is a 2 year old neutered male border collie mix.  He has been at the shelter since February and is still
searching for his forever home.  Sam loves people and likes to play outside.  His adoption fee is waived because
he has been here for so many months and we just want to find him a good home.  Please come visit Sam and
