The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Dodge City Police Department and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation are asking for the public’s help in locating a fugitive. Joshua Cain FLORES (aka “Big Knox”) is being sought for his alleged involvement in a racketeering conspiracy to further the Norteno gang.

Among the charges filed in the indictment, FLORES is charged with assault with a firearm of Isidro Raleas-Velasquez in furtherance of the Norteno gang’s racketeering activity. FLORES is also wanted by the Kansas Department of Corrections for being a parole absconder.

FLORES has been known to carry weapons in the past and should be considered armed and dangerous. No member of the public should attempt to apprehend FLORES themselves but rather contact law enforcement immediately.
