Wondering what trees do well in this part of Kansas? Have a tree problem or concern? Join Holly Dickman, Ellis County Horticulture Extension Agent, and Jim Strine, Northwest District Forester, on the campus of Fort Hays State University, to “walk and talk” about trees. While exploring the diversity of trees on campus, participants will learn about suitable trees for this area, some common problems that may occur, and much more!
This FREE event will take place on Tuesday, May 29th, at 7:00 pm on the FHSU campus. The group will meet in the quad just east of the Union, weather permitting. No RSVP is required, but interested individuals may contact the Ellis County Extension Office at (785) 628-9430 for more information.
Choosing the right plant for the right place is essential for landscape success! Have your tree questions answered and gain the knowledge you need by attending the Tree Walk and Talk.
