The City of Hays has reached contract agreements with its three employee unions. Assistant City Manager Paul Briseno presented the highlights to the city commission Thursday night.

The contract includes a three percent pay adjustment, and some of the agreements brought paid time off more in line with the personnel policy.

The commission will consider approving the contracts next week.
