Salina Woman Faces Multiple Charges Following Weekend Arrest In Hays

A Salina woman and a Bremerton, Washington man are facing multiple charges after being arrested in Hays over the weekend.

According to Hays Police, 30-year-old Jaree Danielle Johnson  and 19-year-old Marlon David Batista and were both arrested Saturday night around 7:40 in the 3600 block of Hays.   Both were charged with multiple counts of Criminal use of a financial card without consent of owner.  Johnson was additionally charged with Forgery; Making or altering a written instrument;  Possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs with 1 prior conviction;  Possession of drug Paraphernalia & Possession of stolen property.  Batista was additionally charged with Possession of stolen property.

The arrests occurred around 7:40 Saturday night with the investigation by the Hays Police Department.
