Just in time for Wild West Festival participants, Eagle Communications is adding a free WiFi Internet hot spot at Frontier Park in Hays.  This WiFi Hotspot is provided free of charge and joins the growing number of Eagle WiFi and TV Hotspots throughout the community of Hays and 29 other communities that Eagle serves.
