A tax increase may be in the future for Ellis County residents. Administrator Greg Sund told the commission Monday night that he is still working on the 2013 budget, but it looks like a tax increase may be needed. In trying to lower the expenditures, he’s evaluating personnel requests.

The commission will hold a special meeting to discuss the proposed budget next Monday at 1:30.
