Chance of Rain And Storms This Afternoon

Today will start out with mostly sunny skies and light southeast winds.

By noon, a few high clouds will be overhead, and expect south to southeast winds at 10 to 20 mph.

As the afternoon heats up and an upper level disturbance crosses western Kansas, a few thunderstorms are possible, but are not expected to be severe.
