The second annual Esther McMurtrie Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit Developmental Services of NW Kansas raised more than $17,000 this year.

The 4-person scramble tournament was held  September 15th at the Ellis Golf Course and organized by Friends of DSNWK.

The event also included a prime rib dinner, auction and dance following the tournament.

Chairperson Belinda DeWerff, Hays,says be the proceeds will be used to benefit DSNWK’s group homes located in Hays.  

DSNWK serves people with developmental disabilities in the 18 counties of northwest Kansas.
