The Hays Police Department conducted 19 traffic stops and received eight animal calls on Thursday, according to the Police Activity Log.

Disturbance: The Hays Police Department investigated two disturbances on Thursday. The first disturbance was reported in the 1900 block of Elm Street. Officers investigated the incident as a domestic disturbance. The second disturbance was reported in the 800 block of East 8th Street at 8:29PM. Officers investigated the incident as a civil dispute.

Motor Vehicle Accident: Officers responded to one motor vehicle accident Thursday. The accident was reported in the 300 block of West 48th Street.

Ambulance Run: Hays EMS went on an ambulance run in connection with a report of an intoxicated subject in the 2700 block of Hickory Street at 6:28 Thursday evening.
