The Virginia Miller Animal Shelter is full of adoptable pets. Shelter Manager Betty Hansen says she doesn’t expect the number of animals coming to the shelter to let up.

The shelter has gift certificates available if you want to give a pet as a gift for Christmas. Hansen says the certificate allows the recipient to select their own animal.
