The Hays Police Department conducted 69 traffic stops and received five animal calls on Wednesday according to the Hays Police Department Activity Log.

Theft: The Hays Police Department investigated a theft report in the 4300 block of Vine Street Wednesday morning. Officers also investigated drug offenses in connection with the theft reported at 5:29 a.m.

Motor Vehicle Accident: Officers responded to one motor vehicle with private property in the 200 block of East 7th Street Wednesday at 10:59 a.m.

Disturbance: Hays PD responded to the 2200 block of Canterbury Drive Wednesday afternoon to investigate a report of a disturbance in connection with a fight and report of disorderly conduct. The alleged incident occurred at 12:04 p.m.
