Come get some pointers from area ranchers , NRCS and K-State Range specialists. At the Rangeland Health Management program to be held at the Hays – Ag Research Center Auditorium on Monday, January 7th beginning at 11:00 a.m. and concluding at 3:00 p.m. with a free noon meal.
Topics covered will be stocking rates, drought management, research on overgrazed grasses in Kansas, rangeland chemical use, and a panel discussion by some area ranchers with plenty of time for your questions.
