David G. Dinkel

Hays, Kansas – David G. Dinkel, age 52, died Thursday, December 20, 2012, at the Volga Street D.S.N.W.K. Home in Hays, Kansas.

He was born November 26, 1960, in Hays, Kansas, to Hubert R. and Anna Louise (Leiker) Dinkel.

He attended classes at DSNWK Reed Center  and was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, both of Hays, Kansas.  He enjoyed watching baseball, playing card games and going out to eat with his family.

Survivors include his mother, Anna Louise Dinkel, Hays, KS; three sisters, Agnes “Aggie” Wasinger and husband, Gerald “Jerry”, Hays, KS; Janet Goetz and husband, William “Bill”, Wichita, KS;  Joyce Dinkel, Highlands Ranch, CO; two nephews, Michael and Shaun Wasinger; and two nieces, Nicole and Megan Goetz.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hubert R. Dinkel ( August 20, 2012).

Services are at 2:30 P.M. Saturday, December 22, 2012, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church 1805 Vine Street, Hays, Kansas.  Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hays, Kansas.

Vigil service is at 6:30 P.M. Friday, at Cline’s Mortuary of Hays, 1919 East 22nd Street, Hays, Kansas  67601. Visitation is from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday, and from 12:00 Noon to 2:15 P.M. Saturday, all at Cline’s Mortuary
of Hays.
