The Hays Police Department conducted 13 traffic stops and received three animal calls on Thursday, according to the Police Department Log.

Motor Vehicle Accidents: The Hays Police Department responded to two motor vehicle accidents reported on Thursday. The first accident, was reported in the 800 block of Ash Street. The alleged accident occurred on Tuesday, December 18th at 12:50 p.m. The second accident was a hit and run accident in the 100 block of East 11th Street at 3:16 p.m. Thursday.

Suspicious Activity: Officers investigated one report of suspicious activity on Thursday morning. The alleged activity was reported in the 1300 block of General Custer Road at 2:35 a.m. Thursday.
