Fort Hays State University will host a day of service Saturday in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Students and community members can participate in a variety of service projects. Some of the service opportunities will include an instructional basketball camp, a children’s read-a-thon or letter writing for the troops.
The Day of Service will conclude with the Soul Food Dinner, hosted by the Black Student Union, at 7 p.m. in the union’s Fort Hays Ballroom.
