Former Phillipsburg resident, Grace Brown Myers of Topeka, KS, passed away January 26, 2013 at the age of 101. She was born Sept. 21, 1911 in Cora, KS to Lon & Gertrude (Shepardson) Jennings. She worked as Women’s Editor for the Phillips County Review newspaper in Phillipsburg.

Her husband, “Brownie” Brown; son, Keith Brown; and husband, “Spec” Myers preceded her in death.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Brown & wife, Ellen of Topeka; daughter-in-law, Georgia Brown of St. Louis, MO; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Wed., Feb. 6, at 2:00 p.m. in the Fairview Cemetery, Phillipsburg, KS.
