The Fort Hays State Lady Tigers scored the final six points of the first half and final six of the second half and defeat Central Oklahoma 84-78 Wednesday night at Gross Coliseum. The win improves the Lady Tigers to 13-5 and 5-5 in the MIAA while the Bronchos fall to 8-10 and 1-9 in MIAA play.

Traci Keyser hit a three-pointer from the top of the key to give Fort Hays State a 78-75 lead. After a Central three from Alyssa Fuxa tied the game, Kate Edwards, Beth Bohuslavsky and Keriann Shaw all hit a pair of free throws to give FHSU the win.

The Lady Tigers hit 31 of their 37 free throws and knocked in nine 3-pointers. Kate Edwards scored 24 and grabbed eight rebounds. Kate Lehman and Traci Keyser added 15. Keyser hitting five 3-pointers. Tera Inglebee added 13.
