Assault: Police Officers responded to the report of a criminal threat in the 1400 block of East 29th Street on Wednesday afternoon. Officers began an investigation into a assault in connection with the threat report. The alleged incident occurred at 12:50 Wednesday afternoon.
Civil Dispute: The Hays PD investigated a civil dispute on Wednesday afternoon at 3:33 in the 3500 block of Canal Boulevard.
Disturbance: Officers responded to the report of a disturbance in the 500 block of West 7th Street early Wednesday morning. The Hays PD investigated a fight and a report of disorderly conduct in connection with the disturbance reported. The disturbance was reported between 1:58 and 2:02 a.m. Wednesday.
Suspicious Activity: The Hays Police Department investigated three suspicious activity reported on Wednesday. The first suspicious activity alleged occurred Sunday afternoon between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. in the 1000 block of West 28th Street. The second suspicious activity report was in the 2900 block of Canal Boulevard at 2:32 Wednesday afternoon. The final suspicious activity report was reported in connection with a residential alarm in the 700 block of East 6th Street at 4:21 Wednesday afternoon.
Motor Vehicle Accidents: The Hays PD responded to three motor vehicle accidents on Wednesday. The first accident was reported in the 600 block of East 6th Street at 10:09 a.m. The second motor vehicle accident was reported in the 300 block of East 17th Street at 10:14 a.m. The final motor vehicle accident, reported to the Hays PD, was reported in the 800 block of Allen Street at 11:33 Wednesday morning.
