Hays Police arrested a 20-year old man just before 7 on Saturday morning. Sgt. Dan Koerner told Hays Post that the suspect was intoxicated and taken into custody for disorderly conduct in the 300 block of West 16^th street.  Check the Hays Post arrest report later this week for additional details.
