A rough weekend for the Fort Hays State baseball team which was outscored 43-11 and swept by No. 9 Central Missouri. The Mules wrapped up the series with a 10-0, seven inning run-rule win yesterday.
The Tigers commit seven errors resulting in five unearned runs. Starter Robert VanCour took the loss, allowing three unearned runs in an inning and a third.
The Tigers fall to 3-4 in the season and 0-3 in the conference. They host Washburn in a double-header beginning at 1:30 Wednesday.
