Kansas Governor Sam Brownback announced Wednesday that all state offices in the Executive Branch will be closed Thursday, February 21st in anticipation of inclement weather conditions.
If a state office is already closed, it will remain closed.
The Governor also signed an emergency declaration for all 105 Kansas counties.
It will allow state agencies to assist local governments as needed.
Motorists who find themselves in need of assistance can call 911 or *47 to reach the Kansas Highway Patrol. Those traveling on the Kansas Turnpike can call *KTA.
