Hays spoke to the Rush County Sheriff’s office late Thursday morning and they are discouraging any travel on Highway 183  from Hays to LaCrosse. “The roads have had KDOT crews out all night but it’s not safe to drive.”  Please stay tuned to Eagle radio and Hays Post for the latest on the winter storm, cancellations, and delays.
