It has been ten years since the Sternberg Museum Discovery Room has been updated. James Leiker with the museum told Hays Post that by mid April, visitors will be impressed with the changes. “We are totally redoing the Discovery Room. We will have all new technology for kids, an amazing whale skull and a fun new shark coming out of the ceiling, among other things.”

The museum is also preparing for their March 30 Easter egg hunt. “We’ll have 5000 eggs and expect just as big a crowd as last year,” Leiker said. Stay tuned to Eagle Radio and Hays Post for more details as the new Discover Room is completed.
