The Kansas House Wednesday approved a bill that blocks tax breaks for abortion providers. The bill also bans public schools from using instruction materials from organizations that provide abortions. The Republican leaders in the senate promise a quick vote on the measure. If passed, it would keep medical facilities and non profit groups that provide abortions from claiming tax credits or exemptions.
