According to the Hospital web site, there are still restrictions being observed in Obstetrics and in the Pediatric Units

These units remain restricted to 12 years of age or younger. Visitors who have symptoms of influenza (fever, body aches, headache, runny or stuffy nose) are asked not to visit at this time. Visitor restriction in the Obstetrics & Pediatric Units will be lifted April 1, 2013.

This winter, due to a significant rise of Influenza nationally, the hospital had taken strict precautions in order to limit the spread of the flu.
