At Monday’s Ellis City Council meeting, they approved a measure on the Interlocal agreement with Ellis County to give ½ the sales tax to the county. The vote was two in favor, two opposed and 2 abstentions

The council repealed the ordinance on graywater until they can get additional details on KDHE requirements.

They also appointed Steve Ferland to the vacant council seat.
