The Fort hays State softball team continues to hold down the top spot in the latest NCAA II Central Regional rankings released Wednesday afternoon. It’s the second straight week the Tigers have held down the top spot. Southeastern Oklahoma State, ranked 3rd in the national poll, continues to hold down the No. 2 spot.
Central Oklahoma, Missouri Western, Emporia State and Truman are also in the poll. The Bronchos, who lead the MIAA, are 6th, Western is eighth, the Hornets ninth and Truman 10th.
The top eight in the final poll advance to the NCAA II Central Regional.
