The Fort Hays State University Block and Bridle Club closed their semester with a bang! They recently held their 40th annual Little International showmanship contest followed by

a banquet that evening. The current president, Kari Casor, presented the 2013-2014 officers at the banquet. Caitlyn Schmidtberger, a senior from Victoria, Kansas will be the President. Robert Weber, a junior from Garden Plain, Kansas will be Vice President. Morgan Hammel from Clay Center, Kansas will be the Secretary/Treasurer. The Block and Bridle Club is an organization focused on the education and promotion of animal science. The club welcomes all majors. Most of FHSU students have an agricultural background and this club is a way for them to stay in touch with their roots.
