During Thursday’s city commission work session they discussed eliminating two school zones. One is at 27^th and Canterbury near High Plains Baptist Church. The church has a pre-school and no longer has an elementary school.

The second school zone is near the site of the former Kennedy Middle School at 13^th and Fort Street.

It was agreed that this item would be added to the agenda for commissioners to consider at the May 9^th meeting.
