According to the most recent Hays Police Department arrest report, Kale Jordan Richmeier, 22 and Nathan Bruce Henry, 19 of Hays were arrested in the 100 block of West 5th Street on charges of “Distribute certain hallucinogenic; 3.5 – < 100 grams in 1000 ft school: STAT Possession of Drug Paraphernalia”
Manuel Alejandro Arellano-Calzada, 20 of Abilene was arrested in the 1500 block of Fort Street on charges of “Distrib/manf/poss w/intent to distrib sim contr subs w/in 1000 ft of school: STAT Possession of Drug Paraphernalia”
Antonio Jose Starr, 22 of Hays was arrested in the 300 block of Ash Street on charges of Battery; Causing bodily harm: STAT 21-5706(b)(3) Possession of hallucinogenic drug: STAT Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
