Temera Cynthia Lyne, 27, of Hays and Kody Lane Jacoby Eli, 20, of Hays were arrested at 4:00 p.m. on May 7, 2013 in the 500 block of Halladay Street on suspicion of Burglary; Dwelling with intent to commit felony, theft or sexually motivated crime. Theft (value $1000 to $25000).
